3 Vetter CTEC airbags added to the RS

3 lockable, stackable bags have been added to the squad. They function with all of the same components and at the same pressure as our high pressure bags. They also came with additional shut offs.

The 3 new shut offs and 2 locking pins have been placed in the regulator box. The airbags are on the top of the squad in the rear driver side coffin compartment. We can determine later if they stay there or move to the current location of the 24" medium pressure bags.

-In the morning E715 touchscreen for the pressure governor was lit up and displaying properly but the touchscreen function would not work. They changed settings so that when you go into pump you are automatically in PSI mode so that you can pump even if the screen doesnt work. The issue only happened during morning checkout. Later in the day it was functioning completely normal.
-Tires on the reserve ambo officer side are low and written up. CMF advised they won't replace the tires till 2 consecutive grooves are low enough
-T715 Cutters edge OOS, wont stay running at idle. Tagged for courier pickup, small tools defect written. Cutters edge from old T715 is on the truck in its place

Truck- Found this morning with the OIC side tractor rear hub missing a lug nut and several others were backed out and loose. Same issue as we've had with both spartan trucks. CMF doesn't know why it keeps happening. They installed lock nuts this time hopefully they stay on.
Also added the Pitagor victim harness to the blue rigging bag. Both rigging bags are now complete and inventory cards were placed in each bag.
