| Front line Engine and hose picked up from CMF. See Captain Kitner's email in regards to hose loads and spacing for the rear of the engine. A Battery Charger for the cot was picked up at CMF and place on RA unit being run as medic 715. Their was some questioning as to why the battery cot was taken off of the original medic unit and placed on the reserve. Feel free to reference FCGO 21-8 "Effective 09/01/2021, all ambulance cots and stair chairs will be assigned to front line units. For example, the cot and stair chair on A701 will be labeled "A701". No matter what chassis is running as A701, the A701 cot and stair chair will stay with the unit running as A701." | |
Defect Description: Drivers Side Front Outrigger has both Red Lights out. These are the red lights that are mounted on the Outrigger itself. Both the front and back light on the out rigger do not illuminate when Outrigger is extended.

| The Telma on the rescue squad does current work, however it only works if the "Aux Brake" button on the steering wheel is pushed each time the unit is started. When it goes out for the winch fair lead replacement, Patriot will fix the programming for this to default to on like it used to. The front Fairlead is supposed to ship this week, so look for that to be handled ideally in the next 1-2 weeks. | |

| Spare Chainsaw Chain Replacement Project Complete Months ago we sent in all extra chainsaw chains to small tools so that we could in return receive the proper amount of spares. The inventory is as follows: - RS715 has (2) spare Cutters Edge Chains, (2) spare Husky 440 chains and (2) spare Milwaukee chainsaw chains. The Cutters Edge and Husky chains were placed in the power tool tool box above the wheel well. The Milwaukee chainsaw chains were placed in the large toolbox behind the cab. - T715 has (4) spare Cutters Edge Chains and (2) spare Husky 440 Chains. They were all placed in the power tool tool box above the wheel well. - B715 has (2) spare Echo chains placed right next to chainsaw in compartment. I am now going to work on getting the Husky K970 Saw blades to the same amount of spare blades. Man vs Machine kit moved back to original spot above chain saws. | |
