T715 Ladder testing completed
T715 Gas Powered saws and Honda Gen Lights serviced by Small Tools, plugs and filtered replaced or cleaned. Plugs on saws were very fouled, recommended to not let saws idle during morning check out.
T715 exterior 28' ladders - found damage from contact with heads of screws on the inside of the doors that secure the ladders in the bed. Ladder tech stated if the damage continues the ladders will need replacement/repair. Will work on resolving the issue.
STA15 - HVAC Tech stated the mens locker room is the only location where the heat is not functioning properly/thermostat does not engage the system. All other thermostats in the station are functioning and can adjust the temperature locally. Temporary heating units remain in place and can be turned on if the station temperature drops too low. Tech stated they would return to repair the mens locker room system.

Defect Description: The drain for the side driveway of the firehouse ( OCP side ) appears to have been significantly damaged. It is sinking in the middle and pulling up out of the ground on the sides. We are unclear of a cause as I type this.

 Mike/Scott,

After much deliberation and parts delay, the required parts are in for replacement to complete the repairs. Plan of action demolition of area in question would start on Thursday, February 15th. On the following Monday 19th, repairs and install would be done, given that it is mechanical in nature, I would extend it with an extra day.

In meantime temporary units would be remain at the station, after unit has been tested and properly functional, they would be moved out, we are aware of the inconvenience of the units in the corridors. We take the time to share our appreciation for the fire personnel cooperating with us as we resolve this lack of heat issue.
