Defect Description: Upon turning on the PT compartment AC, only heat blew. As crew began to trouble shoot the issue, over time the AC stopped blowing extremely hot air to air that was cooler but not cold. The valves under the apparatus and on top of the engine for heat were placed in the off position. The air in the PT compartment is withstandable, but not cold like you would expect a AC to be.

| RS OOS at CMF for a "PMA" - incase your wondering that is a fancy term the mechanics use to describe fluid & filter changes and punch list items. RS742B running in its place, changeover list in the Captains office. CMF advises it should be back middle of next week. All overhead doors reprogrammed to remove door timers, the doors will no longer close on their own. All door remotes were reprogrammed so the remotes will now close the doors as well as open them. Spare remotes programmed as well. WASAD off Truck out for repair, spare in its place. New knobs indicating " on/off" for the kitchen stove requested to hopefully avoid all 8 burners being turned on and left on for several hours overnight last week. Truck 15 is due for its PM in 2 weeks and as of this writing the only thing available is an E-One Tower with classic tags. IF you see an all steer come open we may want to get it. | |
