| T715 had a low coolant light come on while driving. Then a check engine light came on. shortly after, the truck came to a crawl. It was pulled over to a parking lot to turn it off and back on and it was unable to turn back on. It was towed to CMF. RAT5 will be going to job town in its place. All equipment was switched over from front line. | |

| 1. Primary Engine moved to CMF 2. Various small tools equipment found laying around the firehouse written up for repairs - two pelican light chargers, M28 battery and a hydra-ram from the Engine. Please write up things that are broken and send them out for repair, some of these items have been laying around the station for weeks. 3. Headset labeled for E715B received from Tech Ops, placed in spare headset drawer... T715 - T3 & T4 headsets w/u for earmuff replacements - TechOps is sending the parts via courier - using two spares from the headset drawer for those positions. 4. DEF dispenser siphon hose is leaking on one end where the hose is tearing, w/u for repair. Still works. 5.T715 - officer side forward outrigger top trim piece was removed as the adhesive has failed. Labeled and placed in the captains office until a better storage location is found. NOT written up yet. 6. T715 - Temp gauge is intermittently spiking to the high score, no high temp alarms or stop/check engine lights yet, please keep and eye on it. NOT written up yet. 7. T715 - rearmost outer duals are almost to the replacement tread depth, please keep an eye on them. NOT written up yet. 8. Shout out to MFF Disharoon for tidying up the shop. | |

| We switched into the Bravo wagon today. The red engine is leaking coolant at an increasing rate and is also leaking oil. The plan is to run the B wagon for the next several days and make sure it isn't having any issues. We will bring the red engine to CMF on Wednesday assuming the Bravo engine holds up. I will email out a switchover list to the masters and officers. The wagon is in service as E715, and is using the MDC, sonim phone, portable radios, and SCBAs from the red engine. I have submitted a small tools request to minimize equipment that needs to be switched over in the future. There is also a request in for E715B sticker labels to reduce any confusion about where a piece of equipment belongs. | |

| Squad Write ups - 1. Paratech Strut mounts are failing to do their job, requested straps or something else to secure equipment on the trays. 2. | 1. No contractors in today for heater work, please keep their lifts plugged in and charging. 2. The Truck almost made it back to Quarters from CMF without issue, until the coolant temperature gauge went for the high score. The High Temperature Warning/Alarm activated along with Check and Stop Engine Lights. The Unit was towed to CMF, and last we heard it was stopped and disconnected from the Tow Vehicle along Route 200 for unknown reasons. Hopefully it made it the rest of the way safely. The Reserve Tower remains in service. 3. The reserve medic unit requires a new Transmission Fluid Dipstick/Cap due to not seating or sealing properly... it's waiting for pick up at the CMF Parts Department. It is also spitting out coolant from under the reservoir cap. 4. The Truck "B" Cutters Edge choke valve is starting to deteriorate and may break off at some point, keep an eye on it. 5. Truck Windshield - CMF states the crack/chip is not repairable and not large enough to warrant replacement... yet. Monitor, if it makes it back. | |

| 1. Old Apparatus Bay Heating Units removed by contractors, they will return tomorrow or whenever, as is tradition. They have left their two scissor lifts plugged in behind the Rescue Squad along with the new materials. 2. Tower 15 went to A9 and obtained two Junction boxes (they stay with RAT5), a replacement 12aH Milwaukee Battery (T715 inventory) and attempted to get a 5" Threaded to 5" Stortz elbow for the tower's water way intake (RAT5 inventory). They have none in stock and will need to order them, so continue to use the 4" to 5" Stortz adapter. 3. Tech Ops took the broken Truck Headset and dropped off a shiny new one. Anyone know about the origins of the OOS suction unit on the watch desk? | |

| AT715 will need to go to small tools on Monday morning, there are no junction boxes for the cord reels. Also the rear intake has a 4" storz coupling, you will have to use the 4"-5" in rear officer side compartment to flow the ladder pipe. | |
