| -T715 OOS due to no brakes on the drive axle. Potential for it to be fixed as soon as wednesday, as long as no other major issues are found. -Switched into T710. | Door closer replaced in the hallway. No longer slams. Defect for dishwasher submitted. The springs to the door are broken so it just falls to your feet. Engine's CO meter returned. Truck still leaking a decent amount of oil but remains close to the full mark. Keeney was able to somewhat track it down to the area of a seal between the motor and transmission. Defect written. | |

| - Truck 15 had an aerial rotation issue preventing any left rotation without the use of the override. Truck was taken to CMF and they replaced 2 rotation sensors and we have not had an issue since. - Truck 15 generator OOS. Initially it would not even engage the PTO, CMF switched solenoids out and it began to engage. But there is also a shorted wire somewhere so anytime you turn the generator to the "on" position it begins flickering and will eventually trip itself out and stop running. Defect written -Truck 15 was showing 3QTs low of transmission fluid. 3QTs were added and the level is showing normal. The truck is shifting hard from N to D and sometimes experiences long shifts throughout all the gears. No error codes found in the transmission. - B-Engine bay door was fixed and is functioning normally. -Contractors were out looking at doors in the bunkroom and the hallway door to the bays that keeps slamming. Unknown if they did anything to the bunkroom doors. The hallway door is still slamming | |

| Engine company driver's outer dual replaced. Valve stem had a bad o-ring and was leaking. Also replaced the valve stem on the officer's side outer dual. Attempted to troubleshoot the foam issue and more foam was found throughout multiple discharges and the tank. Foam was turned off and the pump and tank was flushed twice with limited success. Foam remains turned off. Tank level lights also flashing between green and blue when the tank is full. Defects written. | |

Medic unit loading track system fixed by small tools. 2 nightstands placed in bunkroom to replace the 30 year old wooden cabinets, the plan is to phase out the old cabinets over time unless you want one beside your bed.
