Roof leaks

Good morning,

We have an ongoing roof leak issue.  We've had the same issues every time it rains heavy but nothing ever gets found.  I have attached a copy of the service ticket from CitiRoof which were out here a few days ago.  The picture attached is from yesterday.  Not sure what the resolution is here but we need to fix it before it becomes a bigger problem.  The ceiling tiles are also an issue through out the firehouse we have tiles growing mold on them.  Please advise on a plan to fix our leak issues. Thank you

	At approx. 0130, an ETOH/MO patient rang the station doorbell and was eventually transported. The patient arrived at the station on a bicycle, and was transported without it. The bicycle is a black and white 20" BMX-style marked with the word "Ambush" in several locations. The bicycle was placed in the back corner of the apparatus bays. The patient or a friend will likely come to the station to retrieve the bike. MCP was involved in handling this call and indicated that it was not necessary for them to take the bike.

RAT6 has been stripped of T715 equipment and placed on the frontline piece. RAT6 has been parked to the far bay, and we have been given the 'ok' to store it here for drivers to get checked off.

T715: CMF repaired alternator, shocks, and re-aligned the vehicle. According to what was passed on, there's a process involving a calibration method that prevents them from aligning the steering wheel completely without taking it OOS (so there will be some apparent play in the steering wheel).  

Jeff Clements at Station 8 advised that they are running a reserve all-steer tower and has three scoop shovels marked T715. Advised if they got to CMF in the near future they would leave them with small tools.

FYI: RAT6 was written up for a rear driver side tire to be replaced (CMF advised ok to continue) and valve stem was replaced by RICE TIRE.

E715B responded to a call, and en-route blew a hose leading to the turbo. Informed CMF, acquired hose replacement, and back in service.

It was passed on to me that someone came in to check the washer machine on B shift, advised that the drain where the washer dumps into is clogged. The technician advised that more notifications where made.

Stop order placed up per Chief Gallo's instruction next to the high pressure line.

MFF Dish advised us that he escalated a call to DPS for 3908 Blackburn for a faulty stove. According to the resident she has called '5 times' and he was concerned about the children at the location. The stove was isolated, and advised maintenance to replace.

	T715 (E - One Reserve Truck) was placed OOS this morning at check out when the Controls in the back for the stabilizers would not work. It was taken to CMF where we found there was a bad wire going to the controls. CMF attempted to fix but problem became complex and the only available reserve was an All Steer Tower. T715 is now back in service with an All Steer Tower running as T715. The only other spares were TDA's.

	A couple items for E715B: *Rubber 4" elbow coming off turbo was found with tear approx 1" in diameter in it causing significant engine drag. Elbow was removed, cut and reapplied to turbo. *Transmission shifting hard into gear intermittently (unable to duplicate consistently) transmission fluid checked and at proper level *Volts are dropping between 9-10amps when starting without being plugged into shoreline. Once started they remain around 12-13.
