Equipment updates

Some generalized equipment updates: 

1. I regret to inform you that our plasma cutter will not be going back in service. It will be coming back to the firehoues so I can try to get something back out of it. Instead a Petrogen torch was ordered as a replacement last night so we retain a torch capability and can be easily moved to the new Rescue Squad. Additional information will follow on this. 
2. A replacement ladder wrap is in for the new 28' ladder on the truck. That'll be handled this weekend.
3. The paratech order should be placed any time now.... (that's a 6-8 week delivery timeframe once ordered)
4. Our 48" medium pressure bags are in at small tools and will be picked up next week. The 2nd deadman and the extra hoses are also in.
