| The new squad is back from Patriot and parked in the bay behind the ambulance. The following was handled: -radio speakers installed (I am looking for a lower profile mount to lay them down ) -hook added to hang out OIC seatbelt -First net phone dock installed -OIC bar relocated (Safety has approved it as it stands, please don't hit the truck with it when putting it back into the mount) -Manual tilt handle relocated. -Lifting cylinder mounts updated -ram mounts changed on pull out tray to better secure. They need to be stored about 1" open to work -window switches are working -Kneel switch is repogrammed. Once kneeled it will default to off after the first time the parking brake comes off. -master warning switch on the steering wheel reprogrammed to turn on roto ray and mars lights -Rear winch compartment had a tray added to secure hook better -Edge protection added in both extrication compartments. If this option doesn't work they have another option for later. -Slide material added to help wedge boxes slide out. **The rear slide out is not yet fixed and will be a few weeks. A whole new slide is on order. Please do not pull out that slide unless absolutely necessary. The officers will receive additional information on the in-service plan and timeline over the weekend. | |
