	Just a heads-up - Two weeks in a row I've come in and valves #2 and 3 on the SCBA compressor were forcibly turned all the way on (counter-clockwise), and were very difficult to turn off. The first time was on 2/26 (C-shift, although B-shift had a fire on 2/25), today is 3/7 (B-shift). I spoke to the B shift engine driver who was filling bottles before mem and he told me that they were that way when he tried to fill the bottles - he had checked them, and assumed that they were stuck in the off position, and didn't want to force them.
