Based on the email chain below from BA Products, the rope and hook on the squad's portable winch will remain. The numbers on those items for WLL are rated via the crain standard with a 4:1 safety factor as compared to their breaking strength.

Yes, our ropes and hooks have a safety factor of 4:1. However, for an assembly you always go with the working load limit and design factor of the weakest link. So, The WLL on the 3/8” Rope is 4100 lbs (breaking strength of 16,400 lbs) and the hook WLL (G80 5/16”) is 4500 lbs (18,000) but your assembly will be rated at the 4,100 (16,400 lb) capacity.
