| For Company Awareness: On RT5, there was a can of 50:1 fuel found sitting between the Hurst tool hydraulic power units. These units run on 4 cycle fuel. The 4 cycle and 50:1 fuel cans now look very similar and can easily be mixed up if you're not paying attention. Luckily, it appears that no 50:1 was added to these power units, this time. | |

| RS715 Lightower's controller lost power while it was up during morning checkout. Found out from Ryman that this sometimes is the result of a blown fuse. Found blown fuse at the base under the plastic cover on the side closest to the front of the rescue. Put extra fuse and extra screws in toolbox to fix issue if it occurs on the road.
