This is to inform you that Brian Jordan reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #3-20-5844.

Defect Description: Stryker load system comes to a complete stop about 3/4 of the way when loading the cot, need to reach in and use a manual latch to override. Probably needs to be looked at by a Stryker rep.
