| Two representatives from CRW were at the station all day today and they think they found the issue with HVAC. There are 13 air handlers all together. They checked the wiring on 5, of which four out of the five were all wired (routed) incorrectly . Tyler the Project Manager is aware of everything and Siemens will be here on Monday to redo the wiring and check the remaining handlers to ensure they are also wired correctly. He said that this only became an issue with the recent weather since every area is trying to heat and cool at different times exposing the improperly routed wiring. (For example, my thermostat might have controlled the kitchen). It was not an issue in the summer because all areas simply needed to be cooled. | |
