The 350 on PE715B was altered in several ways. One, the divider was moved over to allow it to sit side by side in 3 stacks, 100 foot nozzle load, 100 foot shoulder and 150 foot shoulder. The last load (150 foot load) was also configured so when deployed it plays off the top. This is achieved by taking the fist 50 feet of the 150 foot load, disconnecting it and placing it on the roof of the engine company. Then step on the male coupling (leaving roughly 8 feet of "tail" on the ground) of the other 100 feet and beginning racking it up, making the number 3 fold an ear giving the option to allow it be placed on the shoulder or dumped on the ground and dragged. Once to the end (this will be a female coupling) connect that to the male coupling of the 50 foot section which was placed on the roof and simply continue making folds till the hose is taunt. Then bring up the "tail" section and set it on top of the load. The rest of the hose is configured as it originally was. 100 feet "male to the tail" and then the shoulder load. the only difference is simply stagger the second shoulder load roughly a hands length back so the nozzle can be put in the hose bed. If this write up cannot be understood in regards to how the 150 feet of hose is racked, it can be loaded as a traditional minute man "skid" load.

The 3 inch was made into 2 stacks each stack being 300 feet each. One side being flat loaded, the other side being 250 feet flat loaded and a 50 foot shoulder load. the remaining hose was placed on the rack.

Exterior door from Bunkroom (near double dorms) found unsecure again. About a half dozen times, over the past 30 days, this door has been found unsecure. Not sure if it is simply not closing when personnel exit, or if personnel are leaving it intentionally ajar for return access.

Request the Station Commander assess the situation to see if a "door closing device" is needed or a personnel reminder to ensure the door is kept secure.

Obvious station security issue, but particularly unsettling access to that part of the bunkroom at night.

Thank you.
