| Driver's Number 1 discharge is working intermittently. When in pump gear the lever either pulls out or does not move at all. The lever is only able to move freely when the pump is not engaged. After talking with Lt. Mundy today we both agreed that it should be placed OOS and not used. Defect report was submitted. | |
