| The Stryker power cot on A715 is OOS. The motor is not operating when the up and down buttons are pressed. The Stryker rep was emailed informing him that service is required. The loaner cot was attempted to be used to replace the malfunctioning cot but the medic unit cot was found in the engine bay instead while the loaner cot was being used in M715. The medic unit cot is now being used in A715. Both the Medic and Ambulance cots should of have their PM done in October however no indications where found on the cots. | |

| LT. Mundy has gone over the maps in the rigs: T715 has updated maps for 810 - 849 - 831 and 841 They are in binders and the rolodex has not been changed. The old maps are still in the rolodex in case there are issues with the new maps. | |

| The Rigging Bags on the Rescue Squad and Truck have been gone through thoroughly by A and B Shift. Inventories were developed and items in bag are now color coordinated to the color of the bag. For example, the Red Rigging bag on the Rescue Squad has Red tape on any accessory that will support tape. Items such as Pulleys and MPD's are marked RS15 or T15 depending on what apparatus they are on. The only bag not done is the Orange Bag on the Truck because we didn't have Orange Electrical Tape. Its ordered and will be completed next week. The inventories were compiled using the Ladder Trucks Powerpoint Inventory. If there are any question or suggestions feel free to ask MFF Owens or myself. Missing items are being reported to Small Tools and we've been told they should be able to replace. The following items are missing from each bag: Orange Bag Truck - 2 Small Carabiners - 1 Large Carabiner - Red and Green Prusik Blue Bag Truck - 1 10 Foot Webbing - 3 Large Carabiners - 1 Tri Link Red Bag Rescue - Cordalette 30 Foot - 1 Red Prusik - 2 DS Pulleys Black Bag Rescue - Cordalette 30 Foot - 2 Red Prusik If you come across these items please let me know | |
