	Light tower is OOS throwing eror codes. They were provided to CMF in the defect. Middle emergency light, top of the box, officer side has multiple cracked light heads and missing spaces. Two light heads are hanging on by wires. It was clearly struck by a branch or something else. Sensors for rubber bellows on rear of cab are loose and alarming when going over bumps. TSR also submitted for replacement zello phone dock.
