Defect report list Sent to Property Manager (see below) Follow up item: -We still have the wasp nest inside the generator housing and now in the breaker panel on side of building just outside generator area. Please have these areas treated and remove wasp. -Engine room drains: Unknown if they actually fixed the problem, we have not tested ourselves. Do you have any updates? New items: -Grass was not cut on the scheduled date (Monday Aug 14th). Grass already over grown. Please have them come out and cut grass -Door on outside storage area next to rear entrance does not lock. Please have it repaired and new key issued. -Inside door stuck open due to mortoise lock left open; unable to close. This door is where the bunk-room meets the volunteer addition. This is allowing hot air to enter the immediate area. Need new lock installed and keys to be issued. -Lights in Shop area where removed due HVAC project. Area has low light; New lights need to be installed or re-installed -New outlets need to be added in Kitchen area. We added new refrigerators and need more outlets to plug them in. As of now we are running extension cords. | |

Wasps were removed from Generator and treated this evening.
Engine Room drains were apparently cleaned out. Please create a new FMOS defect report should it happen again.
