| RS715 went back in service this afternoon after spending 3 hours at CMF having multiple air leaks repaired. It currently passes the DOT brake test but is still leaking 2 psi/min with steady pressure on the brake pedal. It is also losing about 40 psi in about 2 hours. We are currently using an air line connected to the station compressor to maintain air pressure. Please do not hook it up to the on board cascade system to maintain air since our station cascade compressor is OOS. A second ticket was written today after the air leak was "fixed". I would expect it to go back to CMF on Tuesday. | |
