Open House Hit & Run

FYI: Should anyone contact the station today -

Yesterday a "hit and run" was reported behind the station around 1300 hours.  A black Mercedes SUV driven by an "older female" reportedly struck a dark gray Lexus.  I immediately alerted the MCPD officer working Open House, Captain Cook, and the MCPD.

By the time a Police Officer arrived to take a report, the Lexus had left and the Officer advised there was no action needed by the MCPD.

Should the Lexus owner notice the vehicle damage and call the station, please advise her I will call with what little info we have.  Let her know the police were summoned immediately, but she left before we could find her.  I will call her, please do not give out my cell number.
