| Tower 715 T3 SCBA Bracket was found broken during C-Shift. Someone had taken the T-3 SCBA off the Tower and left it by the back door near the fill station. It was discovered after Check-out. The male connection of the SCBA bracket fastener that is part of the cam-buckle was broken. C-shift was unable to take the Tower up for repair due to apparatus availability. | |
