The following defect report was submitted for blue lockers:
Mens's lockers numbered #117-121 combinations are not working at all. Tried several from master list and none work. Locker #119 door plastic catches are broken. We need all new locks to house 3 new employees. Please have locksmith come out asap. Thank you
