| A715 returned from CMF with a small transmission leak (probably not new), the left grab handle missing from the rear patient loading area, and the power door lock rocker switch (above the missing handle) hanging out of the interior wall by the wires. Switch was secured back in place by Thursday night shift. All three defects were entered in the Fleet Management Reporting System with photos. | |
