New Lucas 3 In Service on A715

Today, thanks to the generosity of the BVFD Auxiliary, a new Lucas 3 CPR device has been placed in service on A715.

EMS Master Cadogan coordinated the training of all BVFD and DFRS personnel at FS15.  Should you want a quick re-fresher, please view the 4 minute video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIxQSyORgo8

The device is in the compartment directly behind the Aide on A715.  Accessible from the external compartment door or from within the patient care area of the Ambulance.

Please familiarize yourself with the location upon your next time in quarters.  Direct any questions you may have to EMS Master Cadogan.  Check the device and battery as part of each Unit Check-Out starting today.

Again, we thank the BVFD Auxiliary for bringing this new piece of life saving equipment to our community.
