| During morning checkout on RS715 the Cutter's Edge threw at least one carbide tip through a glass pane on bay door #4. BC701 notified, he told SA700, SA700 came out to do an investigation. I'm pretty sure at some point the Zebra team was put on standby. The glass pane needs to be replaced. It would be really great if the bay door could be rendered operational in the process. Facilities and Small Tools notified. | |
