| Lost front driver's side tire while responding to a call. Tire came off of rim and the rim damaged on roadway surface. No other damage to unit. Unit was towed to CMF. CMF is supposed to replace wheel and tire today. All equipment that was moved from RS715 is still on RS741B. | |
