| The cot that is located on A715 is making a grinding and grating noise when we attempt to raise or lower it. This was witnessed by me. Stryker Rep emailed. Cot is not OOS. Also reported that the cot on M715 medic unit IV pole has an issue where the telescopic extension does not stay up. | |
