Subject: FMRS: New Apparatus Defect Report for Stock #4-05-4535
 
This is to inform you that Bradley Disharoon reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #4-05-4535.

Defect Description: After running the generator and tool PTO for 15 min, it came out of tool PTO on two (2) consecutive equations without operating any buttons. It seems like there is an electrical power surge and then the PTO shuts itself off as a precaution. (It idles high and then shuts off) Engine alarm activates with Communications alarm (loss) when this happened.
