RS741B (4-03-1536) will be going to run as RS715.  RS715 went OOS with a PTO issue this afternoon and it cannot be repaired by CMF today.  I have advised the County that we are trying to schedule work on RS741(A) so we do not have the flexibility for a long-term loan at this time.  I will keep everyone posted as I get more information.
