This is to inform you that Jude McDowell reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #1-19-0403.

Defect Description: Annual Pump Test Dry Prime - Achieved 21" of vacuum in 150 seconds, first attempt. Maintained 21" for 5 minutes. No issues to note. Performance Tests - Used hard sleeves from unit. No issues to note. Driver's #1 discharge - will not open, handle is stuck in closed position.
