| T715 45 Ft Ground ladder OOS. Ticket Written. Steel Cable wire for second fly section came off track from pulley and wedged itself. Bracket had to be taken off to dislodge cable wire. Bracket is duct tape to ladder. Ladder also has fire safety tape on it to indicate its OOS. | |
