| This morning at checkout on the Rescue my driver engaged the tool pump button (as is required to operate our non-battery hydraulic rescue tools) only to find the driver's side tools had no power. During our troubleshooting we discovered that the driver's side powerplant on the roof was in dump. As in, each valve was in the dump position. This only occurs manually. Please do not do this.
