AES performed the 10 hour service on all Genesis tools yesterday. All tools were re-torqued to the appropriate specifications. Only one tool was found with much change, there is no immediate explanation or need for action. Additionally the damage to the All 9 blades was inspected and filed down and the replacement blade inserts found on one of the C236s were found to be the wrong inserts. These were swapped out with a correct pair, however it is not a brand new set. He will go direct with small tools about stocking the correct inserts. The broken handle on the portable pump is not in yet. He will be back next week to swap that out when it comes in. The Genesis tools county-wide have been placed on an every 6 months service program rather than the annual service previously utilized, so expect another service in mid-late June. | |
IF DEFECT, WAS A REPAIR REQUEST MADE? | NO |
