| Truck 715- The pins holding the short rung (non welded rung) between the the two roof hook spring assemblies were sheared on the left side 18' roof ladder. Ladder has been written up and left in place to be used as a straight ladder. The rung is in the drivers compartment. Will follow up with CMF on Monday. | |
