This is to inform you that Michael Ryman reporting from station DV has submitted the following defect report for Stock #15 SmallTools.

Defect Description: FS15 needs two replacement bullard ecliplse TIC battery chargers. They only work intermittently at this point and require weights on top or rubber bands to achieve any charge.
