This is to inform you that Jeffrey Miller reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #1-19-0403.

Defect Description: The "IDLE" button in the middle of the throttle is hard to depress and does not rebound back to its' neutral position easily. When pushed all the way in, it gets stuck. This does not allow the wagon to be throttled up until the button unsticks itself.
