| RS-15 "All-9" Cutters returned to service. Service Tech. removed pivot pin, greased it, replaced it and torqued it to the lower torque specs as recommended by manufacturer (apparently it was over-torqued) Blades were also cleaned and grinded to a smoother condition. Tool functions appropriately. | |
