This is to inform you that Juan Rodriguez reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #4-20-3005.

Defect Description: Rear portable winch electric plug in connection bracket disconnected from frame. Was tied back on to frame as a temporary solution but needs to be repaired. No further damage was found.
