This is to inform you that Christopher Miller reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #4-20-3005.

Defect Description: Officer side mirror with not adjust with the in-cab switch. You can hear the motor work but the mirror does not move. Correct the Engine Hours to 935
