Subject: FMRS: New Apparatus Defect Report for Stock #4-20-3005

 

This is to inform you that Matthew Lyons reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #4-20-3005.

Defect Description: Low Voltage Alarm (12Volts) activates when running emergency lights and scene lights at the same time as the generator and tool pump. Voltage reading dipped as low as 11.5 volts on occasion. No impact on operation.
