Defect Description: Aerial PTO "engaged" light on dash does not illuminate when Aerial Master and Aerial PTO switches are activated. All hydraulic functions work appropriately.

This is to inform you that Robert Rogers reporting from station 15 has submitted the following defect report for Stock #2-16-6387.

Defect Description: Coolant line that goes overtop of the engine showing signs of deterioration, multiple large cracks in the line are visible. There is an intermittent and varying class coolant leak that has constantly been an issue with this apparatus. Unable to determine if this large coolant line is one of the culprits.
