New Oxygen Process for Petrogen torch

HI all-

Small tools has changed their process to supply oxygen for petrogen cylinders county wide. 

Once our new cylinders are obtained from small tools ( I'll grab them Wednesday if nobody else does prior ), the current cylinders can be set aside for me to return to Roberts. Moving forward from that point, oxygen will be restocked via small tools. When we empty a cylinder we'll need to write a small tools defect and then go swap out at small tools. 

They are only giving each firehouse two cylinders. I have vocalized the preference of 3, so maybe that will change in the future.
