Petrogen oxygen cylinders

The new oxygen cylinders were picked up today. 1 is on the squad and one is with the medical oxygen as a reserve.  

From this point forward, when we need oxygen, a small tools defect needs to be submitted and a unit will need to go to small tools to swap for full cylinders. 

The three cylinders we were utilizing are by the back door. They will be picked up in the next few days.
