| T715 driver's door lock mechanism is acting up again, actually the entire lock cylinder was discovered to be missing. The issue was discovered when the door locked and could not be unlocked or opened from the outside. The door was taken apart and temporarily fixed but there is currently no mechanism to lock the door. Some parts of the door (mainly from the power lock mechanism) are in the captain's office. Defect submitted. | |
