Defect written, Small tools (Devries) coordinating in station vendor maintenance. Replacement 5' Roof hook delivered. E715- One section of 1.5" hose (Crosslay) placed OOS for damage to the jacket. Defect written. Replaced with 50' section off the rack. | |
