| The traffic light is not operating correctly. Brian at Traffic Management (240)777-2100, is "sending a guy out but he's dealing with another light". In the meantime the switch has been completely disconnected, the ends taped, and a sign placed over the offending switch. In other shocking news, the breaker for the bunkroom popped again.
