	Facilities came out and reset both issue AC units. As usual they are not able to work on this system and will have to have CBS come out, likely tomorrow. They did state it is odd our sytem's fans do not run all the time. While on the roof the following was noted: - there is membrance deterioration near each AC units in the rear (defect submitted) -Every roof drain was clogged up and had a large pool of standing water around it. I cleared each drain and got the water to drain, but these need to be periodically dealt with to avoid the roof leaks we constantly get near the compressor room and the watchdesk. A defect was submitted for condensation dripping from vents in the kitchen.
