| Defect written for failed / failing velcro straps for overtop the hose rack storage on the pumper. They had deteriorated enough that they failed and dumped a rack during a turn from a stop. Rack was recovered and the bad straps were removed. Racks are being held on by bungee cords and 9ft straps. | |
