| Ambo sent for DOT. switched in RA33. The alpha siren is the only one that works. Medic unit's cot had an explosive hydraulic failure at the hospital. Mechanical loaner obtained from EMS704. One of the truck's stabilizer pins broke at the T-handle when it was dropped into its receptacle. It was replaced. Pelican light from the squad fell out on the bay floor when the compartment was opened. Written up and tagged by back door. |
